Caregiver Needed – In-Home Patient Care

Castor Home Health Solutions is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care and support for patients in the Rochelle area. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, patient, respectful, and committed to helping patients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to patients in their homes.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as appropriate.

• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with transfers, walking, and other mobility needs as appropriate.

• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

•Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate family member or supervisor.

• Follow the patient's care plan and all safety guidelines.

• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

SCHEDULE:

We have 24/7 care needs, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Flexible scheduling may be available based on patient needs and caregiver availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care instructions and safety procedures.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

• Background check and other employment requirements may apply.
