Qualifications:

• Be a caring person
• Reliable attendance
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s license
• 18 years or older
• HS grad or GED
• minimum 6 months experience 

Daily Duties may include but not limited to:

• Assistance with Personal care
• light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Errands
• Companionship
• Medication reminding
• Monitor overall well being 
• Communicate with office staff
• Documentation
