Business Contact Manager / Operations Manager
Introduction:
Cross County Logistics is a contracted service provider of FedEx. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Contact Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations, scheduling, and relationships with FedEx contacts, drivers, and customers. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communications skills, problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily business operations and team performance, including ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and that all necessary resources are available

Ensure the successful execution of the daily P&D operations

Lead, develops, and coach drivers

Facilitate communication between IPS's and Stations, act as a liaison between drivers and FedEx
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and standards

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to changing business needs
