Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare breakfast items (eggs to order, meats, pancakes, waffles, omelets) according to recipes and station standards.
- Station Management: Set up, maintain, and break down the cooking line, ensuring all equipment is clean and sanitized.
- Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to health regulations, including proper food storage (labeling/dating), temperature controls, and cleanliness.
- Efficiency: Manage high-volume orders during peak times, ensuring quick, accurate, and high-quality food delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock, assist with inventory, and report shortages to the chef.
Required Skills & Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work early mornings, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using standard kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, stovetops).
