Breakfast Attendant(Weekends) Hamburg Area
Greet guests warmly and proactively offer assistance with breakfast selections.
Maintain a friendly, professional presence in the Gallery and breakfast area.
Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns, escalating issues to the Gallery Host or MOD when needed.
Monitor guest flow and seating availability to ensure a smooth breakfast experience.
Prepare, portion, and present breakfast items according to Hyatt Place brand standards.
Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and replenished throughout service hours.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature logs and safe handling procedures.
Set up and break down the breakfast area, including equipment, serving stations, and utensils.
Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area, including counters, tables, beverage stations, and floors.
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned.
Assist Gallery Hosts with light tasks during peak periods (e.g., stocking, clearing tables, supporting front desk flow).
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or ordering needs to the MOD.
Follow all Hyatt Place policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support a positive team environment and uphold Hyatt’s commitment to hospitality and care.
Qualifications
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
ServSafe or food‑handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
