About the Position

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team! The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in excellent customer service, maintains high cleanliness standards, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service each morning.
• Prepare, replenish, and maintain breakfast food and beverage stations.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and buffet items remain stocked.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep dining tables, counters, serving areas, and floors clean throughout service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the breakfast area after service.
• Restock supplies and maintain an organized storage area.
• Respond to guest questions and requests in a professional manner.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly personality and a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry supplies as needed.
• Previous hotel, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Food handler certification is a plus, if applicable.
