Breaker Repack
Job Description:
This position is accountable for cleaning individual products for repackaging to be placed into inventory.
Job Duties:
Learn all products; code dates utilizing conversion charts.
Report to Crane Operator/Receiving Coordinator any safety hazards or anything that will contribute to more efficient warehouse activities.
Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
Mop the breaker room floor daily.
Fix breakers and stage to be placed back into inventory.
Keep breaker area neat and organized. Keep breakers inside of the breaker room. Nothing should be stored outside of the breaker room.
Maintain an accurate inventory of repack. Adhere to the repack counting schedule.
Communicate with management regarding any repack needs.
Ensure no out-of-date beer is on the shelves. Rotate products.
Adhere to repack standards for each supplier.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position.
Good communication skills, ability to work well with all levels of the organization, to organize, and prioritize
Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background investigation.
Able to work independently in a fast paced warehouse operation and learn product locations.
Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Work experience in warehouse or other field preferred.
Must be able to constantly lift 1–20 lbs. and frequently up to 50 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Physical
Constant standing and/or walking, up to 8 hours daily
Constant bending and twisting while operating a pallet jack, cart and/or forklift, retrieving items from floor or lower shelf/pallet areas
Constant lifting 1-20 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs
Frequent reaching up to 72”
Constant use of both hands and arms: reaching, grasping, and carrying up to 1,000+ repetitions per shift
Constant use of visual and hearing abilities required to perform essential job functions and maintain warehouse safety standards
Frequent contact with moving equipment.
Mental
Able to evaluate facts and figures.
Able to organize/prioritize and possess self-motivation to meet daily demands, fast pace, heavy volume.
Able to work with all levels of employees.
Requires effective memory recall regarding products.
Ability to handle difficult situations and problem solve.
Work stresses include meeting work schedules and constant interacting with others.
Effective time management to meet work schedule and high service standards.
Multi tasking skills with frequent interruptions.
Work Conditions
Busy on-site environment, both controlled and uncontrolled climate
Daily interaction with employees in all departments.
Hazards are numerous, including: noise, dust, oil, slippery surfaces. Exposure to moving equipment/machinery, and products. May work inside and outside and be exposed to temperature extremes, work under deadlines and pressures.
*Constantly over 80% time, Frequently 20-80% time and Occasionally under 20% of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 5:00am – 2:00pm, 40 hours per week. Additional hours during peak times.
