Rollin Hero Staffing is a fully licensed and insured staffing agency looking for Brand Ambassadors to help with an event in February. We also have several catering jobs coming up. If you are interested in working for a highly reputable and busy staffing agency that will allow you to pick up shifts when you want. Please apply! We need several staff members in the Houston Area. Below are the requirements. Pay is between $22/hr to $24/hr depending on the position. Please only apply if you meet the requirements.

Will act as the main liaison between the Zynger East/West Coast Manager. This person will be
the day-of contact, and will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the entire
project for load in, vote day and load out. This includes:
? Attend advance training session
? On-site contact for load in/vote event day/load out
? Manage all Staffing
? Tech Support
? Coordinator
? Personal Back-Up
? Manage all Vendors
? Oversee shipping arrivals, unpacking, set up, tear down and pick up
? Check-In staff/check out
? Oversee the setting up and testing of all equipment - ID Station, Voting Stations
? Set up as per diagram
? 100% available for load in, vote day and load out
? Deal with attendee issues as required
? Deal with staffing issues as required, reach out East/West Coast Managers as needed
? Flag any issues during load in/vote event day/load out
? Must follow timeline as required
? Ensure all equipment is returned
? Wifi Shipping
? Etc.
? Other duties as needed during project
Technical Support - LEAD

Technical Support
Will work with the Venue Lead/Technical support to ensure:
? Attend advance training session
? On-site for all load in/vote event day/load out
? Assist with shipping arrivals, unpacking, set up, tear down and pick up
? Ensure proper working order of all equipment
? Set up and testing of Wifi
? Unpacking
? Packing
? Assist with the setting up and testing of all equipment - ID Station, Voting Stations
? Assist with the Set-up as per diagram
? 100% available for load in, vote day and load out
? Must follow timeline as required
? Other duties as needed during project
