Position Summary

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch. Additionally, this position supervises the retail branch staff, provides excellent customer service, and assist with achieving retail sales goals. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with Sales Manager to create and implement plans for branch growth and team building.
  • Review and decision branch overdrafts within authority limits. 
  • Prepare and maintain branch schedules. 
  • Assist and monitor the balancing of daily branch cash reports. 
  • Maintain strict security guidelines and follow retail branch procedures. 

Education and Experience 

  • Developing new business and retaining existing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work with different software and platforms (Microsoft Office, Horizon, Decision Pro, etc.)
  • Two years or greater in banking industry with supervisory capacity required.
