Starting Pay and Compensation:

  • Base hourly rate: Up to $25+, adjustable based on experience and qualifications.  Credit given for previous experience.
  • For hours over 25 weekly: Rate increases to an average of up to $28+/hour.
  • For hours beyond 33 weekly: Elevates to an average of up to $38+/hour.
  • Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements: We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,
  • Registered nurse; or,
  • High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers; or
  • High school diploma and a willingness to advance your education and work on college credits while you gain experience.
