Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote – Louisiana Residents Only)

We’re looking for bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representatives with remote call center experience to join our team! This role is not entry-level — we need professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle high call volumes, and deliver exceptional service in both English and Spanish.
Applicants must reside in Louisiana and have working knowledge of the state's parishes, communities, and culture. Your ability to connect with callers from a local perspective is key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, handling a variety of customer concerns.
- Use your previous remote call center experience to quickly navigate systems and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of call details and outcomes using internal systems or CRMs.
- Apply knowledge of Louisiana’s local culture and geography to enhance customer interactions.
- Follow established scripts and workflows while thinking critically to meet caller needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken) – required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a remote call center environment (not negotiable).
- Must live in Louisiana.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy: able to work across multiple systems and platforms during calls.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
