Bilingual Booking Team Specialist (Remote)
Apollo Cannabis Clinics are medical clinics offering its patients an accessible path to medical cannabis treatments, free from stigma. We offer effective treatments for many chronic health conditions such as pain, anxiety, sleep disorders, PTSD and more through an evidence-based approach to empower our patients to take control of their overall health. We have a team of experienced health care professionals dedicated to patient care and medical cannabis education. We are actively seeking new and better ways to treat our patients’ illnesses with medical cannabis across Canada.
We are currently looking to recruit a Booking Specialist for Apollo Cannabis Clinics to provide patient support for appointments scheduling.
ROLE: Bilingual (French/English) Booking Specialist
Responsibilities:
Patient scheduling and coordinating the patient journey through a variety of channels, including email and video conferencing, to ensure outstanding patient care at all times
Accurately recording confidential patient information while maintaining detailed notes of each patient interaction in patient database
Effectively managing multiple tasks and email platforms concurrently
Updating reports and trackers in a timely manner
Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions for patients
Requirements:
1 or more years of relevant customer service call centre work experience preferred
Proficient in English and French with strong written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong ability to document accurately in a fast paced setting
Ability to function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with openness to new ideas and the flexibility to adapt positively to changes in direction, priorities, schedules, or responsibilities
