Bartender / Server

We are seeking a responsible, professional, and motivated team member to fill a dual Server/Bartender role. We’re looking for a team member who prioritizes safety, takes ownership of their work, and contributes to a respectful and professional workplace.

Position Summary

The Server/Bartender provides exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires flexibility to cover both serving and bartending duties with professionalism at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

Bartending

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area

Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service

Restock bar and manage inventory as needed

Serving

Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly

Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Safety & Compliance

Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Use all equipment, tools, and glassware safely

Report hazards or incidents immediately

Enforce a culture of safety and accountability at all times

Teamwork & Accountability

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management

Assist with training new staff as needed

Help with opening, closing, and side work to maintain standards

Qualifications

Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be 21+ for bartending responsibilities

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Professional Standards

Reliability, teamwork, and respect are mandatory

Safety, cleanliness, and guest-first service are required every shift

Team members must take ownership of their role and support their coworkers
