Bartender - Fine Dining

Job Summary
The Bartender demonstrates genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area. Bartenders interact with our members and ensure they have an excellent experience when dining at the Center Club.
Bartenders will
- Set up the bar and perform opening and closing duties.
- Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers.
- Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor.
- Curate seasonal cocktails and remain up-to-date on industry trends
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant
- Assist guest with choosing menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel taken care of during their visit
- Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
- Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Develop new cocktail recipes
- Other duties as assigned

- The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Job Overview and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Cocktail recipes, wine and drink service
- Job Hours: Full-Time (Weekends, and Evenings required)
- 2 years’ experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience creating innovative cocktail recipes
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
