We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager who wants hands-on experience, real project involvement, and a clear path toward leadership. If you’re excited to learn, grow, take ownership, and work alongside people who genuinely enjoy what they do, you’ll fit right in here.

What You’ll Do

• Help bring projects to life from concept through construction

• Support grading, drainage, utility, and site design

• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and teammates

• Solve field + design challenges as they come up

• Keep projects moving, organized, and on schedule

• Grow your technical + leadership skills

What We’re Looking For

• BS in Civil Engineering

• EI required, PE (CO) preferred

• Land development + Civil 3D experience

• Strong communicator + problem solver

• Leadership potential with a collaborative, client-focused mindset
