Assistant Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team!

In this role, you are responsible for the opening and/or closing of the location, ensuring customer service standards while establishing a trusting relationship with customers and employees, completing daily task checklist, property cleanliness, deposits, overseeing department operations, training of new employees, employee corrective action and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Hours of operation are 7:30am-7pm Mon-Sat, 8:30am-6pm Sun. Excellent customer service, situational awareness, strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and  the ability to motivate and engage with employees preferred

Previous knowledge of carwash industry required

Starting Salary: 40k-50k
