Assistant Bus Dispatcher (part-time) 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to stand or walk for 4 hours
- Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a
- fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Collect bus grid and iPad from bus dispatcher
- Organization skills are a must
- Ability to learn our dispatch system
- Laise with Bus dispatcher on what buses have arrived and what bus bay to send them to
- Complete summary for ship file,
- Communicate any concerns with manager throughout the day,
- Complete log summary throughout the day
- Must be available weekdays and weekends (Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday)
* This position is outside (covered, rain jacket and umbrella given)
