About Us

The Hearing & Dizziness Clinic is a locally owned healthcare practice with four locations across Windsor-Essex. We are looking for a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support our Doctor of Audiology and leadership team. This position is based in Amherstburg, ON.

What You’ll Do

As a Clerical Assistant, your role is focused on administrative and clerical support. You will not be managing staff or running the office—your primary responsibility is to keep paperwork, scheduling, and records organized and accurate. Day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Answering and organizing emails

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Tracking and updating key performance data

  • Preparing and sending communications (letters, mail merges, emails)

  • Assisting with bill payments and basic bookkeeping

  • Entering and reviewing payroll data

  • Double-checking documents for accuracy

  • General clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, database systems)

  • Basic accounting and payroll knowledge

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple clerical tasks with accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • University degree preferred but not required

  • Must live in Amherstburg or be able to commute reliably
