About Us
The Hearing & Dizziness Clinic is a growing, locally owned healthcare practice with four locations across Windsor-Essex. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Assistant to support our Doctor of Audiology and leadership team. This role is based in Amherstburg, ON.

What You’ll Do
As an Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our leadership team—keeping operations running smoothly and buying back valuable time. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing and responding to emails on behalf of leadership

  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Coordinating and organizing events

  • Preparing and sending mail merges and other communications

  • Paying bills and assisting with basic bookkeeping

  • Double-checking and verifying staff work for accuracy

  • Entering and reviewing payroll data

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and database systems)

  • Basic accounting and payroll knowledge

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • University degree preferred

  • Must live in Amherstburg or be able to get to Amherstburg
