B2B Sales Development Representative/Appointment Setter – In-Office (W-2)
Government Marketplace is a woman-owned B2B consulting firm with over 10 years of experience helping businesses successfully enter the federal government contracting space. We are expanding our sales team and are seeking motivated, professional Sales Development Representatives for our in-office location.
This is a full-time W-2 employee position (not 1099).
What You’ll Do-
Make outbound phone calls to business owners across the U.S.

Explain Government Marketplace’s government contracting consulting and registration services

Qualify businesses and schedule appointments for senior consultants

Follow established call scripts and compliance guidelines

Accurately log call activity and notes in our CRM
-
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
This role is business-to-business phone sales and appointment setting.
Work Schedule & Environment-
In-office position
-
Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM (34-hour work week)

No door-to-door or face-to-face sales

Hourly base pay + commission + performance bonuses
