Position Overview: As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, agendas, and logistics
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support various departments
  • Serve as the first person that visitors and callers interact with, representing Land Perc in a professional and kind way.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, including accepting packages and distributing accordingly.
  • Setting up new orders in our system.
  • Help coordinate onboarding of new employees through office administration tasks.
  • Be part of the office administration team responsible for maintaining a professional and pleasant office environment, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relations, keeping an eye out for improvements, etc.
  • Delivering WOW service to customers, clients, and team members.
  • Serve as a backup to the Office Manager and Executives
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and keep them organize after each meeting.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, customer service or in a related role
  • Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge or interest in environmental issues preferred
