Activity Aide

This is a part-time position designed to give high school students (ages 16 & 17) an opportunity to explore a career as a Direct Support Professional. An Activity Aide provides support to the group home and to the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with such tasks as assisting the Individuals (only in collaboration with DSPs); assisting with food preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and companion activities (such as crafts and/or games). This is a P-T position typically scheduled for afternoon/evening shifts and weekends. Working on some holidays is expected based upon staffing needs.
