From bingo to birthday parties, crafts to karaoke, you'll be the spark that keeps spirits high and hearts full.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in assessing resident interests and needs to personalize daily activities
• Help provide engaging, therapeutic programs that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being
• Participate in creating activity calendars and monthly newsletters
• Support residents during on-site events and accompany them on outings
• Assist with wheelchair transportation and event setup
• Maintain accurate records and assist with community outreach and fundraising efforts
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and care team to create memorable experiences

What You’ll Need:

• Must maintain current CNA certification
• Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and team members
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• A cheerful personality, sense of humor, and genuine enthusiasm for working with seniors
• Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills, patience, and professionalism
• Physical ability to lift 60–70 lbs. frequently and walk/stand throughout most of your shift
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet all local health regulations, including drug screening, background check, and physical exam if required
• Commitment to excellent attendance and dependability
