Squeegee Magic is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new commercial business and grow our existing book of accounts. If you’re a strong relationship builder, confident closer, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your results matter, we want to talk to you!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting new commercial opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and representing a trusted local brand with premium service.
Compensation
Competitive compensation: $60,000–$100,000+ = OTE (Base + Commission)
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Commission paid on sales you bring into the company

Skills / Abilities
- Proven success in B2B sales (service-based sales experience is a plus)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Confident prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and follow-through (this role requires organization!)
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once without dropping the ball
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales systems
- Professional, positive, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new commercial business opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle including: Prospecting and outreach, Site walks/estimating coordination, Proposal creation and follow-up, Closing and handoff to operations
- Grow and maintain relationships with key commercial decision-makers
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent activity
- Collaborate with field operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and forecasting in the CRM
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through consistent performance
Preferred Experience
Experience selling services such as:
- Commercial window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Holiday lighting installs
- Other facility maintenance / exterior services
Education
- High school diploma (or GED) required
- 4-year degree preferred but not required
