Squeegee Magic – Account Executive (Commercial Sales) | Minneapolis–St. Paul

Squeegee Magic is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new commercial business and grow our existing book of accounts. If you’re a strong relationship builder, confident closer, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your results matter, we want to talk to you!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting new commercial opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and representing a trusted local brand with premium service.


Compensation

Competitive compensation: $60,000–$100,000+ = OTE (Base + Commission)

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Commission paid on sales you bring into the company

Skills / Abilities

  • Proven success in B2B sales (service-based sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Confident prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and follow-through (this role requires organization!)
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales systems
  • Professional, positive, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new commercial business opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle including: Prospecting and outreach, Site walks/estimating coordination, Proposal creation and follow-up, Closing and handoff to operations
  • Grow and maintain relationships with key commercial decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent activity
  • Collaborate with field operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and forecasting in the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through consistent performance

Preferred Experience

Experience selling services such as:

  • Commercial window cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Holiday lighting installs
  • Other facility maintenance / exterior services

Education

  • High school diploma (or GED) required
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required
