1099 Nurse Practitioner

We are a private practice located in Austintown, Boardman, Warren, Salem, East Liverpool, Alliance, Steubenville, Akron, and Canton seeking a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!

The position will require providing services in both the Akron and Canton areas.

NPs will be paid 65% of services billed.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic psychiatric illnesses while providing high-quality patient care

• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric examinations of patients

• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of and compliance with HIPAA guidelines

• Previous experience in psychiatry

• Ability to build rapport with patients

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• Ability and willingness to provide services in both the Akron and Canton areas

Work Remotely

• Telehealth available as an option

Pay:

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• 65% of services billed
