Pickford & BlackPickford and Black is a high-volume restaurant located on the waterfront of downtown Halifax. Our Kitchen team strives to use the best of what the Maritimes has to offer to create a delicious menu that not only incorporates amazing fresh seafood but also farm-fresh local produce, meats, and poultry.
As a Dishwasher, You Will
- Cleaning dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans and utensils
- Restocking cleaned dishes and utensils
- Ensure dishes are cleaned and stored in a timely fashion
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Follow all operations policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Experience working in a kitchen is an asset
