primary purpose of the Project Document Control Associate is to carry
out day-to-day Document Control activities in support of ongoing projects at
the client site.
This contract position
will be in Hackberry, Louisiana. Transportation Worker Identification
Credentials (TWIC) is required
Technical Diploma or
equivalent experience in Information/Data Management associated with major capital
O&G Projects and Unit Operator Business Units or Companies.
· 4-6 years of Information/Data Management experience
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of
Good working knowledge of
OpenText or related systems (preferred, but not an exemption)
Knowledge of Document Control Processes

regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from managers, clients, and governmental agencies.
