Food & Beverage Supervisor

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and development to foster a positive team environment.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Coordinate banquet services, including setup, service flow, and breakdown.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement training programs for staff on food service management and customer service best practices.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and kitchen processes.
• Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
• Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to train staff in various aspects of food service management, including safety standards and operational procedures.
