Reservationist is a Moonlight Outfitters position requiring strong customer
focus, communication skills, positive personality and ability to relate to and
build trust with Moonlight Basin members, families, and guests in a friendly
and informative environment. Safety and fun within a unique outdoor experience
are the ultimate goals of the greater Moonlight Outfitters department. Getting
to know what our program offers and helping explain and excite members about
our opportunities while managing reservations will be the outfitters
Reservationist’ primary focus.
Create reservations for guided activities at
Moonlight Basin via email, phone, web, and in person requests.
Coordinate booking requests with scheduling
manager to ensure guide availability.
necessary details with activity Guides upon booking guided activities.
Maintains office forms and procedures-assists
with administrative tasks.
staff the retail and rental shop and assist members and guests with rentals and
type, and edit email correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other material.
