The Lone Mountain Land Company, with its headquarters
in Big Sky, Montana is looking for a Project Engineer to join the team. The
Lone Mountain Land Company, LLC was formed by CrossHarbor Capital Partners to
manage the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real
estate communities around Big Sky, Montana. The company supports world-class
club operations at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Moonlight Club and oversees
real estate activities at Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, Town Center, and
other projects in the Big Sky region. LMLC also owns The Wilson Hotel, The
Montage Big Sky and other, in-process, hotels and operations.

Manage specified construction work in
accordance with specifications, plans and regulations.
Work with Owner and General Contractor to
ensure quality, cost and schedule.
Consult with engineering personnel
relative to modification of plans & project scope in order to improve
Understand specifications and plans to
perform field inspections of construction activity to verify compliance with
the contract documents.
Track procurement of equipment and
materials to be delivered at specified times to confirm to work schedules.
Confer with supervisory personnel and the
General Contractor engaged in planning and executing work procedures,
interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to
Inspect work in progress to ensure that
work conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules.
Prepare reports on progress, materials
used and cost, and adjust work schedules as indicated by reports.
Verify change order requests for accuracy.
Contribute to a safe and positive work
environment and ensure teamwork within project organization, utilizing the
resources needed to drive quality and value to our clients.
Represent the company through professionalism,
consideration and discretion in all interactions.
Manage ongoing changes made by clients and
