Menadier Engineering LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Professional Engineer (PE) to lead projects from start to finish while strengthening our internal project management and engineering team. What You’ll Do (Production + Leadership)
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including:
- Lead projects from kickoff through final deliverables
- Produce and/or oversee site civil design, plan sets, calculations, and technical documentation
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, and internal workload planning
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to staff and project managers
- Support project planning, scope development, and client communication
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, production standards, and efficiency
- Assist with permitting coordination and agency responses as needed
- Maintain strong project organization, documentation, and communication

What We’re Looking For
Required (Non-Negotiable)- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – State of Florida
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in civil engineering (land development/site design preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept through completion
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication skills and professional judgment
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others
Preferred
- Experience leading project teams and overseeing engineering production
- Strong background in land development, site design, and permitting coordination
- Experience improving workflows, standards, and production efficiency
- Confidence in client-facing interactions and relationship building
