Carpenter

Full Time

Monday-Friday 11-730pm with an on call rotation

The Carpenter is responsible for performing carpentry, repair, installation, and general maintenance duties throughout the facility to ensure the building, resident rooms, common areas, and grounds are maintained in a safe, functional, and attractive condition. This position supports the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors while helping maintain compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and long-term care facility requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous carpentry, construction, building maintenance, or related experience required.

Knowledge of carpentry techniques, building materials, hand tools, and power tools.

Experience working in a healthcare, nursing home, or assisted living environment is preferred.
