NETCHEX is seeking a Client Service Representative for our Corporate Office in Covington. Our Client Service Team serves as the primary point of contact for our clients.  You will be helping to support our clients with their use of our payroll and HR software, in a solution-based service environment.

What does the job entail?

  • Being part of a team that delivers outstanding client service at all times. 
  • Communicating with clients daily via phone, email, and web meetings to provide general support and training.
  • Troubleshooting client questions/requests related to our software.  Some of these categories include payroll, time and attendance, and human capital management.
  • Attending training to obtain a working knowledge of our payroll and HRIS system
  • Completing complex projects where attention to detail is a necessity
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Keeping accurate records of client interactions using CRM software

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years in a client facing customer service role is preferred.
  • OR Minimum 4 years in a client-facing customer service role
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong Technical Aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, strong Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply logic and reasoning skills to solve issues of varying complexity
