Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

A Skilled Nursing Facility in the Okeechobee, FL area is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight and leadership opportunities within a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Current openings include:

• RN – 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Shift
• Weekend RN Supervisor

We are seeking dependable nursing professionals with strong Skilled Nursing experience who are comfortable working in a leadership environment and committed to delivering high-quality resident care.

RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor and assess changes in resident condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR charting
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend operations
• Supervise nursing staff and support daily clinical workflow
• Assist with admissions, incident follow-up, and resident care concerns
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
• Serve as a clinical resource and support staff as needed
• Help maintain quality care standards and smooth shift operations

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN Supervisor experience required
• Prior experience leading clinical teams within a SNF setting required
• Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
