The Director of Engineering and Facilities position requires
a highly organized, personable, service-oriented individual with a high level
of property maintenance knowledge.
Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building,
grounds and physical plant with attention towards safety and asset
protection. Accountable for managing the
budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy
conservation. Develops and implements
strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceeds the
needs and expectations of the members, owners and employees while maximizing
the financial performance. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory
requirements. Leads the emergency
response team for all facility issues. This
position will also be responsible for directing work plans for the maintaining luxury
homes in the Lodging and Residential Service programs. In addition, communications between the
operations team, housekeeping, vendors, members and guests related to

Manages the physical plant
including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and
electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Administer service contracts

Ensures fire crew has
complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms
Manages, Review, Coach and
support the engineering leadership team to effectively manage controllable
expenses (e.g. wages, heat, light and power, water consumption, tools and
equipment, grounds keeping supplies, uniforms, vendors, service agreements,

Supervises construction to

to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll
Monitor and manages the
controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budget goals
Participates in the

guest satisfaction, and resolutions.
Identify and escalate issues as needed
to the Director of Lodging.
Work closely and assist with all
internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.

Review and approve invoices and ensure
department budget is maintained.
Prepare monthly maintenance billing for

Establish and implement Standard
Operating Procedures and ensure that they are being followed by all members of
Valid driver’s license
State of Montana Property Manager
License (secure within 90 days)
Associate degree from an accredited university
in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major, Four (4)
years of experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional
area, technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing
One (1) to three (3) years of
hospitality experience at a hotel, private club, or other hospitality venue
Intermediate to expert level of
Microsoft Office systems
Boiler and pool certifications
