Our outpatient OTs treat a fascinating mix of conditions — from hand and upper extremity injuries to neurological rehabilitation, pediatric developmental delays, and return-to-work programs. What You Will Do

You will evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload including upper extremity rehabilitation, hand therapy, neurological conditions, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations. You will design creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricate custom splints when needed, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies. You will have dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.

What You Bring

•         Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

•         Current or eligible for New York State OT license

•         NBCOT certification (or eligible)

•         Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads

•         Hand therapy experience a plus but not required

•         New graduates encouraged to apply
