Banquet Executive Chef
The Banquet Executive Chef play a vital role in our kitchen. He/she has a large amount of responsibility. The Banquet Executive Chef
is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our event
kitchens.
- Plan working schedules according to resort events/functions
- Knowledge of Banquet Event Orders with regards to developing prep lists and guides for cooks
- Produce high-quality dishes that follow the established menu and company standards, as well as to the clients’ requirements
- Develop product order guides and pars
Requirements:
- At least 3 years as Executive Banquet Chef or 5 years as Executive Banquet Sous Chef
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining control of kitchen and team
- Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
- Working knowledge of various cooking methods/skills
- Professional, punctual, solution-driven
- Comprehensive knowledge of Banquet Event Order process
- Experience with overseeing a team of 10-20 cooks
- Knowledge of current market pricing
- High level of planning, organizing and adaptability
- Experience working in and developing a structure which accommodates numerous events simultaneously
