Manage all documents and files that the
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
all documents received after loan has been processed
Quality Control on all scanned maintenance items
loan officers requiring documentation for closing
files required for internal and external audits
old loan files, tag and box for offsite storage
- Performs routine clerical duties, such as maintaining files, loan
documents, notes, and other indexed records arranged in a file according
to an established order.
- Retrieves data or correspondence from files as requested
within an appropriate time frame.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all loan and financial
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Requires a
high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the
field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge
of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular
