Position Summary 

Manage all documents and files that the bank generates. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Files all documents received after loan has been processed
  2. Perform Quality Control on all scanned maintenance items
  3. Supports loan officers requiring documentation for closing
  4. Prepares files required for internal and external audits
  5. Purge old loan files, tag and box for offsite storage
  6. Performs routine clerical duties, such as maintaining files, loan documents, notes, and other indexed records arranged in a file according to an established order.
  7. Retrieves data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
  8. Maintains confidentiality regarding all loan and financial information

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

·         Ability to Multi – task

·         Organized

·         Work well with others

·         Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
