I.   Here are several job duties that all employees are expected to do:

    A)  Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning all customer information - outside the bank as well as internally.

    B)  Abide by the bank's Code of Ethics and all regulatory policies and procedures.

    C)  Attend all required annual training.

    D)  Deliver superior customer service at all times.

    E)  Become familiar with all of the bank's products consistent with your level of customer contact.

II.  Primary Job Objective: 

    To be the primary contact for new customers;  to open new accounts of 

    types, promote and cross sell bank services, and inform the customers of our services; assists 

    customers with safe deposit box entry, and handles customer problems and inquiries.

    As needed, will provide paying and receiving services in a teller window.

III. Major Job Duties (list in order of importance)                                                                                                            

    Opening new accounts for consumer and business customers 
    Cross selling bank products and services 
    Back-up Teller Services 
    Provides Customer Service                                                                  

 IV.  Secondary Job Duties (that are not part of the regular routine):

    To attend staff meetings as required.

    Become familiar with company policies and procedures and applicable banking regulations.

V.  General Information

    Preferred Education Minimum:      High School Diploma, equivalent GED or work experience Specific 

    Skills:                                                      Business/Computer Equipment, 10-key calculator,

    Exempt/Non-Exempt:                       Non-Exempt Supervisor you report to:                 

    Branch Manager Employees you supervise:                None

    Normal work schedule:                    Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 5:00; Fridays 8:00-5:45

VI. Comments:

     We work as a team to satisfy the needs of our customers.  You normally will be th 

    first contact a new customer has with our bank.  That first impression is vital to developing a 

    long-term relationship.
