Plyler's provides preventative HVAC cleaning and industrial cleaning services — hands-on work removing buildup and contamination from equipment in demanding conditions. This is a cleaning and maintenance role, not HVAC repair or installation. No prior experience or schooling is required — we train you from the ground up.

Travel & Schedule

Technicians work one of the following rotations:

• 10 days on / 5 days off
• 14 days on / 7 days off
• 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off

• Salary Range: $52,500–$86,000 per year

Position Requirements

• Must pass a physical assessment and drug test
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check and maintain a valid Driver's License, subject to continuous review
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions
• Willing and able to work 10-12 hour shifts
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders
• Basic math and writing skills; able to communicate clearly, orally and in writing
• Able to present yourself professionally and with integrity
