The Accounts Receivable
/ Collections Clerk position requires strong attention to detail, the ability
to work in a fast-paced environment as well as great organizational skills.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Main Job Tasks and
Preparation, review, and
mailing of annual member dues and real estate tax invoices
Collection of annual
member dues and real estate taxes
Via phone and email
Manage relationship with
Mountain Creek with regards to ski and waterpark daily passes for each season
Answer phone calls/emails
pertaining to reservations from timeshare members or Interval International
Call and make service
appointments with utility vendors when problems with cable/internet or phone
with timeshare units.
projects, as needed

Previous Accounts Receivable/
Collections experience preferred
Candidate must be able
to work with flexible schedule.
- MS Office (Word, Excel,
- Maestro PMS system*
- V-1 PMS system*
Able to train on the * software packages.
