What you will do:

·       Focus on building essential B2B2C products and deploy them as true cloud-native applications

·       Produce and demand high-quality code across multiple products at once

·       Maintain and enhance quality in all deliverables

·       Identify, prioritize and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines

·       Work well in a team environment and mentor team members

·       Ability to identify and build a team of skilled software developers

·       Manage an offshore development team

·       Learn new technologies and find use cases to leverage and produce value

A bit about you:

 Â·       Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience

·       8+ years of writing strong production-quality code

·       3+ years of experience in managing and building cloud-ready applications especially in Azure platform

o   Azure Security and Architecture

o   Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus), Dev Ops CI/CD

o   Nice to have: Pulumi, Docker

·       2 + years working in an Agile team

·       Expert skills in .Net core 3.x

·       Azure SQL database development

o   Nice to have: Azure Analysis Services

·       Hands-on development experience in React

·       Capable and experienced in optimizing products for mobile devices

o   Flutter / Hybrid

·       Experience in problem solving and the ability to follow a methodical implementation process

·       Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills -- ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position does not require that you live in Illinois.  We looking nationwide for candidates.

This is a full-time position with an excellent comp package including salary, incentives, paid-for benefits, flexibility, and potential for huge growth.  We are unable to sponsor visa candidates at this time.
