Revised Personnel is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term placement.
The ideal candidate will assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily property maintenance operations while helping ensure apartments and common areas are properly maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily maintenance operations for the property
- Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
- Complete service requests and work orders
- Assist with apartment make-readies and inspections
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas
- Support emergency maintenance calls as needed
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Must have your own basic tools
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
