Job Summary:
The Bartender provides exceptional service to the guests for the duration of the visit by attentive and detail-oriented procedures that exceed guest expectations.
Essential Job Functions:
· Perform as a professional and personal bartender with experienced serving and bartending skills.
· Demonstrate positive teamwork with all staff members.
· Work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all guests and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible. Also, the employee must exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible. The employee is also expected to perform such other duties and functions as required from time to time.
Qualifications:
· Must have a high school diploma and minimum one-year experience in the service or hospitality industry and be 21 years old.
· Must have bartending experience, RAMP certification is helpful.
· Ability to comprehend and take direction from management.
Working Conditions:
Fast paced work environment, some irregular hours are necessary to meet customer needs.
