Part-time Bulletin Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative related
    • Organize Sunday Bulletin information & timely submission with 3rd party vendor
      • Effectively develop information network relationship with each parish organization & ministry.
      • Gather all data for inclusion for each Sunday Bulletin submission/printing.
  • Obtain necessary reviews/approvals (Pastor, Business Manager, etc.) prior to submission to the printer.

  • Other duties as assigned.     

    • Administrative back-up support including:

      • Parish Directory System (PDS) input

      • Envelope mailings (3rd party processor)

         

REPRESENTATIVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Publisher software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to organize, efficiently document, and routinely update information.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED. 
  • Three to five years previous experience in Office Environment.
