JOB TITLE: Thrift East Facilities Associate

REPORTS TO: RETAIL SUPPORT MANAGER/FACILITIES MANAGER

MISSION STATEMENT: Liberty Ministries exists to serve offenders in prison and ex-offenders in the community by showing God’s love, providing practical assistance, and supporting Biblical standards of justice.

JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Associate for Liberty Ministries Thrift is responsible for assessing, maintenance and special projects for the Liberty Ministries Thrift properties and facilities of which you are assigned. The Facilities associate needs to be a friendly smiling face that customers see when they enter the store; he/she is an ambassador for the store and the ministry.

PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONS:

1. Prioritize and schedule work order requests, along with the Retail Support Manager, from the assigned stores and thrift centers.

2. Add/Edit projects and maintenance schedule on Facilities Google Calendar

3. Support the Facilities Manager and Retail Support Manager in any project that needs to be completed in a timely manner.

4. Responsible for all tools, supplies and machinery needed to complete maintenance projects.

5. Scheduled monthly walkthroughs of all assigned locations identifying specific store maintenance needs.

6. Responsible for procuring the necessary supplies to accomplish projects.

7. Take on special projects at the assigned stores.

8. Reliable transportation to the two work sites. Based out of Montgomeryville.

9. Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices & ensure standards are maintained for the department.

10. Accomplishes organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.

11. Responsible for communication of needed supplies to Retail Support Manager and Facilities Manager.
