FULL TIME
3:30 pm-12:00 am (Flexible hours required)
How Does YOUR POSITION Help Us Work Toward OUR MISSION?
- Coordinate testing, including sensory analysis, and the release of both incoming and manufactured products.
- Handle non-conforming product, including rework corrections.
- Report any deviations or issues needing follow up to quality leadership.
- Handle all customer service requests including certificates of analysis (COAs)
- Interact with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lab.
- Perform additional tasks as required i.e., sampling, product inspections, cleaning of quality hold area, inventory participation, special projects, etc.
- Will have a flexible work schedule with the ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts and weekends as needed.
- This position is a part of the operations team and is considered a support department for production.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills And Qualifications: Basic Computer or Data Entry Skills/Experience (Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Encouraged, But Not Required)
