RN Assisted Living Advice Nurse

Introduction:

We are seeking an organized and compassionate RN to join our team and provide clinical support and guidance to our residents in our Assisted Living.   During the on call weekend, the RN must be available and responsive to resident care needs, including after-hours and overnights.  The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinical services
• Respond to concerns from residents and unlicensed personnel
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current unencumbered active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask 
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

 Shift Requirements:   This unique position would be on call every other weekend to provide support to the direct care staff,  There is the opportunity for this position to work 8 hours per week in the facility if so desired.
