EfficiencyOne is looking for an Industrial Energy Manager (IEM)
who will be responsible for leading an energy management program at Intertape
Polymer’s Nova Scotian operations and other technical support as directed by
EfficiencyOne and IPG management. Reporting to the EfficiencyOne Manager, Field
Engineering, the IEM will provide technical support to Intertape Polymer which
will involve working with their facilities staff, engineering, production teams,
and management to promote energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. Candidates
should be able to demonstrate their experience with change management or having
otherwise worked to influence others to contribute towards a common goal. This role will be a Truro-based position that requires regular time on site.

project status, energy management opportunities and, achievements to date.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering
Technologist Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work
- At least five years of related experience in a
change management and/or management role.
- Practical knowledge applicable to a manufacturing
environment including knowledge of energy efficiency measures specific to production.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical
plans and specifications for facilities.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office
software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
